Morbern EvoHide Mistral

EvoHide Mistral Free is the latest addition to Morbern’s MorGreen collection of eco-friendly coated fabrics, which are produced without any chemical fire-resistant additives yet still achieve the European Fire Norm EN1021 required for IMO MED wheelmark certification. As well as being 100% vegan, phthalate-free and REACH compliant, EvoHide is formulated with bio-attributed PVC resins and bio-based plasticisers derived from soya beans oil. Furthermore, the 100% recycled polyester backing fabric is made from used plastic water bottles. Integra Fragrances Dynamiq GTT 135

Integra Fragrances has customised the new 41-metre Dynamiq GTT 135 superyacht with Sakvatore Ferragamo’s Bianco di Carrara fragrance. Thanks to the company’s technology, the fragrance is distributed evenly on board, creating a special experience for the owner’s family and guests. The fragrance diffusers are connected to the HVAC unit and equipped with a sensor that detects the presence and speed of air in the duct. After a study and inspection of the HVAC system, Integra designs a bespoke solution and takes care of installation, maintenance and assistance through a remotecontrol interface. Every detail of yacht design must meet the high demands of the exacting clientele. Jung’s KNX System – a cross-product and crossnational communication system for data transfer between all smart devices – is billed as the only globally uniform standard for system technology, meeting the tough demands of the yacht sector. Chelsom has been handed the Red Dot Award: Product Design 2021 for its new LED reading light, LED Eye. The globally renowed contest is judged by a panel of experts from a variety of industries, with thousands of products from over 60 countries evaluated on design quality and innovation. When envisoning the LED Eye collection, Will and Robert Chelsom wanted to disrupt the status quo in reading light design by fusing original aesthetics with raw funcitonality. “The starting point was to create a product that nestled into a headboard with minimum projection whilst serving as a decorative accent to an interior scheme,” explains Managing Director Will Chelsom. “It had to start with the look of the product, but quickly we focused all of our efforts on creating a thoroughly advanced mechanical design that made the LED Eye easy to use and essential to any guestroom.” The highly tactile moulded centrepiece remains extremely slim with a subtle curve at the bottom edge. Once opened, the warm white LED light passes through a focusing lens to create the perfect reading light.
