PURPOSES The persons move towards a site or other according to his preferences, according to the type of beach, housing, climate, the different tourist resources that offers the tourist place to which it moves. There are tourists who look for a good price and the tourists who look for quality price. The tourists who prefer the quality before that the price, they are those tourists that it does not matter to them to pay a high price, since they seek to be in the best zones. They seek to have access of a privileged form.


PRIMARY AND SECONDARY ACTIVITIES â—?

Primare activities: When a tourist goes to the beach, he looks for a general motivation of rest and relaxation. They look for the good time in order that they can sunbathe, that the water is a normal temperature to be able to enjoy inside it.

Secondary activities: Apart, the tourists search what to do, as for example: to rent a jet ski, go to the shopping, to eat in restaurants and discotheques for partying.

RESOURCES The seaside is given in coastal localities in which are located beaches and in the majority of time, the climatic conditions are of sunny time and soft temperatures (from 25 to 30 째C).

In these localities there is usually great quantity of hotels and activities for leisure and free time. During the day, the people go to the beaches where they sunbathes and in the night different activities are realized in the hotels or recreation areas.

The infraestructure services and facilities are available centers shopping, nightclubs, bars, retaurants, cultural events, etc.

From the year 1999 to the year 2005, it has been increasing generally the number of tourists in summer in the hotels. In the year 1999 and 2000 the rural tourism did not exist. It appears in the year 2001, and is growing until the year 2005

EVOLUTION AND CURRENT SITUATION IN THE WORLD In 2020 the world economy will be, according to the forecasts realized by the Economist Intelligence Unit, two thirds that in 2005, with an average annual growth of 3,5 %

There is foreseen an average annual growth of 2,1 % for the European economy and of 2,9 % for the American.

According to the same sources, Spain will experience with a view to 2020 an average growth of 2,4 %, better that of United Kingdom (2,3 %), Germany (1,9 %) and France.

Positive impacts. Economic: -Increase of the tourist activity and distribution of income. -Tourism to job creation. -Tourism as an engine of the business. -Tourism as an engine of the managerial activity.

Socioculturales: -Increase of the educational level. -It improves in the facilities. -Increase of the social tolerance.

Environmetal: -Adoption of measures to protect the environment. -Greater participation of the administration. -It increases the revaluation of the natural environment.


DISADVANTAGES ●

Negative impatcs. Economic: -Distortion of the local economy. -Loss of economic potential benefits. -Opportunity cost. -Possible inflation derived from the tourist activity.

Environmental: -Noise pollution.

Socioculturales: -Social differences between visitors / residents. -Negative impact of the effect of demonstration. -Impact from mass tourism.

-Atmospheric pollution. -Rivalry in the utilization of the natural resources. -Construction of infrastructure and recreative facilities. -Diminishing increase of wastewater.


INFLUENCE THE DEMAND The growth and the tourism of seaside are related to diverse factors: natural environmetal, social environmental and The conservation of the environment are the principal keys of the competitiveness of this destination.
