Even the food items that you find in supermarket that promises for weight loss are not healthy for you. Those packaged drinking juice and other food items, you should cut off from your diet list. They are neither healthy nor help you in loosing weight. Hence, you must have a proper diet especially when you want to lose weight. Here are some basic tips that you need to keep in your mind when making diet plan for weight loss:     

Eat more fibers. Stay hydrated. Don't go on crash diet or eat less. Cut down on sugar. Avoid alcohol.

Do thirty minute cardio everyday Well, only diet plan cannot help you to achieve your goal. You have to do cardio everyday at least for thirty minutes. You cannot go to gym but at least in the morning time you can do it at your own place. Yoga for weight loss
