Opportunities for the re-occupation of the former Browns building can be split into short medium and long-term opportunities.
Short-term opportunities will be focused around ensuring that some activity is seen to be taking place at the building. This is imperative as it will be very important to give public and investor confidence that the council are being proactive in responding to high-profile vacancies across the city.
