Participants in the Strategic Leadership Consulting Service will receive a customized fundraising plan, designed to inform their decision and enhance their current donor engagement efforts. Together we will examine your organization’s capacity to manage a new event or expand an existing event, identify resources and gaps that can threaten success and create a strategic plan you can implement with confidence. The hallmark of this service is We Plan and You Implement. This 4-step process includes: 1. INTRODUCTORY MEETING - The Information Gathering Stage During this meeting we will focus on: * Your current fundraising objectives, wins and setbacks. * Your readiness to launch and grow a signature event. * Your ability to transform an existing event into a 6-or-7 figure fundraising event.

FOLLOW-UP MEETINGS WITH KEY TEAM MEMBERS - Shaping The Action Plan During these meetings we will: * Pinpoint what you need for a successful launch. * Identify potential challenges before they arise. * Assess existing resources and make recommendations to fill gaps we identify. 3.
