Brownie cheesecake
Ingredients Brownie part unsalted butter semi-sweet dark chocolate cocao powder
9 tablespoons 9 oz 6 tablespoons
flour baking powder salt
1 cup 1/2 teaspoon 1/4 teaspoon
eggs sugar vanilla essence
3 1 + 1/2 cup 2 teaspoons
Cheesecake part creamcheese sugar eggs vanilla essence
2 packs 2/3 cup 2 2 teaspoon
- preheat the oven to 170 C
Instruction Brownie part - melt together chocolate, butter, cocao powder, set aside - beat the eggs till bubbles appear, stir in sugar, beat till combined and become creamy - add vanilla essence
- pour the melted chocolate into the egg mixture - sift flour, baking powder, salt together and pour into the mixture - stir until well combined - transfer the batter into a cake tin ----------------------------------------------------------Cheesecake part - beat the creamcheese till soft, add sugar, beat until creamy ( all sugar should be dissolved ) - add in eggs while continue beating the mixture - add vanilla essence and beat until well combined - pour the mixture on top of the brownie, smooth the surface - bake in 170 C about 75 mins or till done ( my one only took about 45 mins ) - the cake should rise at the edge and looks like covered with thin film at the surface - cool down on a rack about 1 hr and keep it in a fridge for 2-3 hrs. - DONE
