Analyzing the site is a way to find a problem that can be solved. Concepts are found based on the relationship between the problem and the solution. Once I find a problem I visualized it throughtout Architecture how the solution can improve our surroundigs. If the solution can help to improve, the concept should thoughtfully shape the space.

SAM HOUSTON HISTORICAL MUSEM OF HOUSTON Walls play an important role in the program of an architectural space. The importance of this became more expresive when the ability of multitask with the program was a thought into a wall. The focus of this was to create an element that works as protection, program, structure and circulation. a continuous wall that provides all this opportunities was set into an exhibition space located in Sam Houston Park. This element shapes the program and provides protection from the noise of the city and the sun. Holds vertical circulation and relates with the program.

HOUSTON MEDIATHEQUE Houstons addition to the actual Contemporary Art Museum of Houston consists in a performance space also known as a black theater where people can also interact with the program. This program is focused on the Gallery where people get to interact with the rest of the program. The Gallery becomes the first point of attention. It constantly attracts the attention of the guests because of the scale of this glowing box. This space is hanging out of the lobby providing shading. Transparency is added to it but it gets to be controlled by its skin system to regulate the income and outcome of both, artificial and natural lighting. The Lobby holding up the whole circulation and program becomes pretty attractive due its clear facade. This space creates attention since all the accesses it controlls. Vertical and horizontal circulation are held by this space. This space connects to all the main spaces in this building, incluiding the CAMH, its Gallery and Black Box Theater.

3D Printed Fabrication
Created with the intention of lighting studies, this semicircular shape provides shadowing. To get a better study of the lighting it was 3D printed Begins with a curve created in “RHINOCEROS”.. A shape triangular shape is created and then using the comand “FlowAlongCurve” the object began to shape itself alongside the curve.
+
In order to follow a better resulotion of studies the prototype was Stereolithographed and sent to a 3D printer. Interior and exterior Renders were created to support the model.
