Ste Anne de Bellevue opposes new flood zone identified by the Quebec government

MAMH - Flood Mapping 2017-2019

he City of SainteAnne-de-Bellevue is in favour of a draft order to promote better management of flood zones, but op-

poses the map included in the Government of Quebec’s current project. The City invites citizens to attend the public consultation meeting organized by

the government of Quebec, held on July 4, 2019 at 7 pm at the Holiday Inn & Suites Pointe-Claire Montreal Airport. On June 17, the Min-

istère des Affaires municipales et de l’Habitation (MAMH) adopted a draft order to declare special planning zones (SPZ) to promote better management of flood zones. It is now forbidden to build, rebuild and repair a building in the affected areas. However, the affected territory extends well beyond flooded areas, up to 400 m outside the zone, as shown in the map above. As a municipal entity, the City of Sainte-Anne-deBellevue is concerned about the harmful consequences that floods can have on the safety of people and property. That is why the administration is in favor of an order imposing a moratorium on construction that would promote better management of flood zones.

However, the delimitation of the special planning zone (SPZ) presented in the current project does not reflect reality and therefore cannot be accepted as is. The City therefore invites its citizens to consult the draft order as well as the 2017-2019 Flood Zone Mapping and to speak out to protect their properties at the July 4

public consultation meeting or by writing an email to zis2019@ mamh.gouv.qc.ca by July 4. The City of SainteAnne-de-Bellevue is currently working on the development of a new normative framework applicable to flood zones and is asking the Quebec government to revise the map as soon as possible so that it is true to reality.

Montreal launches first self-driving bus

here is a pilot project underway in the East-end of Montreal where a self-driving bus is shuttling passengers to seven stops. The self driving bus shuttles passengers from the Olympic Stadium to the Maissonneuve Market. The small red bus is equipped with motion sensors, GPS and navigational program. 11 Critical home inspection traps to be aware of weeks before listing your home for sale

MONTREAL - According to industry experts, there are over 33 physical problems that will come under scrutiny during a home inspection when your home is for sale. A new report has been prepared which identifies the eleven most common of these problems, and what you should know about them before you list your home for sale. Whether you own an old home or a brand new one, there are a number of things that can fall short of requirements during a home inspection. If not identified and dealt with, any of these 11 items could cost you dearly in terms of repair. That's why it's critical that you read this report before you list your home. If you wait until the building inspector flags these issues for you, you will almost certainly experience costly delays in the close of your home sale or, worse, turn

prospective buyers away altogether. In most cases, you can make a reasonable pre- inspection yourself if you know what you're looking for, and knowing what you're looking for can help you prevent little problems from growing into costly and unmanageable ones. To help home sellers deal with this issue before their homes are listed, a free report entitled "11 Things You Need to Know to Pass Your Home Inspection" has been compiled which explains the issues involved. To order a FREE Special Report, visit: www.montrealinspectionpitfalls.com Get your free special report NOW to learn how to ensure a home inspection doesn't cost you the sale of your home.

he saying, “breakfast is the most important meal of the day,” definitely rings true here in Canada where any brunch spot worth its weight in gold commands a lineup that spills onto the sidewalk during weekends. In fact, in 2018, Canadians consumed an average of 19, 2 dozen eggs per person. With its luscious running yolk, the highly instagrammable brunch staple shines on the social platform with a whopping 23 million tags (and counting). TABASCO® wants to get in on the fun this summer by inviting Canadians to revamp their eggs using the brand’s worldfamous pepper sauces, for the chance to win brunch in two separate contests. PICK UP MY TABASCO As the mercury rises, the 150-year-old brand is challenging brunch-lovers everywhere to follow suit and add some heat to their first meal of the day with one of their seven flavours of pepper sauce. From July 13 to August 31st, the TABASCO® Hot Summer Crew will be on the streets of Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver during peak weekend brunch times, picking up the tabs of lucky diners who post a photo of their meal with a bottle of TABASCO® to Facebook or Instagram using the hashtag #myTABascoTO, #myTABascoMtl, or #myTABascoVC. Brunchers from the rest of Canada can participate by using #myTABasco for a chance to get their tab picked-up by the brand’s digital team. “This promotion is about asking for TABASCO® by name at any Canadian restaurant,” explains Mathieu Terreault, brand manager for Tabasco in Canada. “We want to reward fans for spicing-up their dish with one of our seven sauces. Winners, in person or via direct message, will be awarded $20 as a thank you for making a space for TABASCO® at the breakfast table.” SEVEN DAYS OF EGGS In September when the dog days of summer give way to the 9-5 grind, TABASCO®, along with Egg Farmers of Ontario, will host a contest in grocery stores with the aim of showing Canadians how to shake up their work- week breakfasts by spiking their eggs. a match made in heaven! The brand boasts seven different flavours of pepper sauce that make it easy to spice up a scramble or heighten the flavour of a ho-hum sandwich, for different eggs every day of the week. To wrap things up after all that home-cooking, TABASCO® and Egg Farmers of Ontario are giving away $5,000 in groceries. To enter, starting September, customers

must purchase a dozen eggs and a bottle of TABASCO® pepper sauce at any local grocery store and submit the receipt to tabascosauce.ca, where they can also find recipes and inspiration for their very own egg and TABASCO® creations. “We are looking forward to executing these fun campaigns over the next few months”, explains Bill Mitchell, Direc-

The Montreal Jazz Festival first week

his Saturday the 40th edition of the Montreal International Jazz Festival is coming to an end with the Grand Closing Event featuring folk singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Matt Holubowski (at 9:30 p.m. at the TD Stage, Place des Festivals). The singer still keeps her voice and her charm on stage, but from time to time, she needed to catch some breadth and rest during the show. Omara even resorted to the cooperation of the audience: she kept asking the public to sing along, which the spectators did, although certainly most of them didn’t understand Spanish. Omara made the audience take a trip between nostalgia and curiosity for the last tour of this iconic Cuban singer, a member of the legendary Buena Vista Social Club with Compay Segundo and Ibrahim Ferrer. As her age was showing, making the audience sing along with the singer was a good manner to deal with her evident fatigue on By Sergio Martinez stage, and the public collaborated by contributing mtltimes.ca to what in the end was an sands of people at the impressive performance. erences to that country’s African heritage. One surprising aspect of Chucho’s show –happily remarkable, I should add– was the opening number, featuring a trio led by Colombian-born harpist Edmar Castaneda. (He lives in New York, and the other musicians in the group are an Israeli and an American, Castaneda’s wife, also a Colombian, made an appearance too, singing a couple of powerful and poetic songs). The harp is not an instrument that one associates with jazz, especially in such

prominent role as Castaneda was able to play it, the result was very impressive, and I would be disappointed if the programmers don’t give this artist his own show in future editions of the Festival. Roberto Fonseca, another Cuban pianist, delivered a wonderful presentation this last Sunday. A keyboard virtuoso, Fonseca was equally at home at the piano, the synthesizer, the electronic keyboard or digital piano, or even at a miniature piano. He delighted the audience with a perform-

ance that combined live music, recorded effects, Afro-Cuban expressions, and also the recorded voice of her mother singing some traditional Cuban boleros. The Jazz Festival comes to an end this Saturday, and besides music, children may enjoy many of the amenities designed for them, and all visitors can also taste some of the food, beer, and ice cream offered on site (whose sales contribute to the funding of the free concerts). of the festival’s expansive music programming. And I am always amazed the diversity of music that is celebrated here, whether it be jazz, rhythm & blues, wolrd music or even classic rock. Here are capsule reviews of five selected shows that I have seen at this year’s jazz festival. Norah Jones: this Grammy Award-winning songstress, who is the daughter of legendary sitarist Ravi Shankar, showed she still has what it takes to dazzle an audience 17 years after her remarkable debut. And she did that with flying colours (and her haunting, melodic voice) to a packed house at Salle Wilfrid Pelletier of Place des Arts, in which they were treated to an evening of Jones’ greatest hits. It was a real relaxing night of topnotch mellow music. Blue Rodeo: What can you say about a

When Sun Youth created its Annual Golf Tournament 16 years ago they couldn’t imagine the event becoming so popular. A group of Sun Youth alumni, of which was the late Mordy Gordon, decided to join forces in an effort to raise funds and awareness for children’s sports and recreation programs, giving back to the organization that shaped their youth and saw them grow into influential members of the community. They were joined in this venture by current members of the organization who also had the desire of seeing Sun Youth’s sport and recreation grow and flourish. Sun Youth is still looking for golfers and cyclists who would like to join in on August 8, 2019 for a day of golf at the Elm Ridge Golf Course or an afternoon of cycling through the beautiful landscapes of ÎleBizard. Over the last decade and a half Sun Youth has been able to raise close to $1,000,000 for the its youth programs thanks to everyone who took part in the event since 2004. Over the years these funds have made it possible to continue and improve their hockey development program and to introduce more and more youngsters to basketball thanks to their Spring Break and Summer

Just For Laughs: talking ethnic with Robby Hoffman Getting nasty with Comedian Chris Powell

F

or comedian Robby Hoffman, growing up in a large family within the Lubavtich Chasidic sect first in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn, and then in the Snowdon district of Montreal, wasn’t easy, to say the least.

By Stuart Nulman mtltimes.ca

“When I was younger, we shared 3 to 4 people in a room. Then there was sharing a shower with 11 people. There were times when I would get about 7 to 10 minutes to myself in the shower. And when someone started to knock on the bathroom door, all hell broke loose,” said Hoffman in a recent phone interview. And Hoffman will be sharing stories about being a Chasidic lesbian Jewish stand up comic as part of the line-up of this year’s Ethnic Show, which will run

at two venues – Club Soda and MTelus – from July 10 to 25. Hoffman, whose mother was a native of Montreal, never liked the idea of living with an ultra Orthodox Jewish sect in the middle of a major metropolitan city, whether it be New York or Montreal. “Lubavitchers are not that good at segregation, especially when you’re living in the middle of a large city, and it’s not a great idea when you have to have blinders on all the time,” she said. So at the age of 22, after she got her degrees in accounting and finance from McGill, Hoffman had an internship lined up with a major accounting firm. That’s when she became attracted to the world of comedy. “I gave myself six months to do it, and I needed a fallback plan, and I knew doing comedy was the job for me.And as soon as I did it, my heart exploded,” she said. And then she got her feet wet at Just For Laughs. “I did the opening opening spots at the galas, which lasted about four minutes each, as people were taking their seats and the Jewish audience members were complaining about the air conditioning in the building,” she said. “They gave me a pass, and I got the

Comedian Robby Hoffman

chance to hang out backstage and in the green room, where many of the old guard comedians liked to tease me, and Bobby Slayton loved to give me noogies. I even got to spend five hours chatting with Marc Maron. And now performing as part of the Ethnic Show line-up sort of brings it all full circle for me.” Hoffman admits that because of her ethnic background, Jewish-related material will always be part of her stand-up material. “I know that I cant get away from Jewish material, so I lean into it,” she said. “But my approach is not the Jackie Mason Catskills-type approach.Yes, I do have stories to tell, but I push in the

audience who think that they can’t be pushed into my Jewish content.” When she is not doing stand-up, Hoffman does a great deal of comedy writing for TV (in which her work on the PBS series “Odd Squad” earned her an Emmy Award this past spring). As well, she is bringing to OFF-JFL her live talk show “The Early Evening Show with Robby Hoffman”, which was a huge hit in Los Angeles, for a two-night run (July 22 and 26) at the Montreal Improv. *** Chris Powell was doing well for himself in his hometown of Detroit. He hosted many large scale events and did a lot of pub-

lic speaking engagements; he worked for a major advertising agency that included several Fortune 500 companies as its clients; he also ran his own marketing company that handled small accounts including rap music artists. But somehow, all that success wasn’t enough to keep him content. “I was working super late nights in advertising and marketing, yet I realized I wanted to be recognized for all the brain power that I was putting into those intellectual properties, and I didn’t feel the public was privy to who were the people that were making all of this possible,” he said during a recent phone interview. So Chris Powell decided to pursue a career in comedy and rebrand himself into the persona of “Comedian CP”. “Early on, I really understood what comedy was all about, and how it can deal with so many taboo topics. Comedians are like doctors; we are allowed to go into the bottom of society and bring life into these taboo topics,” he said. “There’s a lot of power in words. And if you don’t put enough empathy into those words, you might as well throw it all away. I always wanted to be that person

who is always known to be funny.” “As for the Comedian CP persona, it was an opportunity to turn it into another brand and it really blew up into a much bigger thing,” he added. And the Comedian CP brand really worked out well for Powell. He used his experiences growing up on the mean streets of Detroit into the animated FX series “Brightmoor”; he had a recurring role on the hit Fox drama “Empire”; he is developing a new series that will lampoon the college football world called “The Bud Gellerson Show”; and he has become one of the most popular comics to emerge from the Motor City. And Comedian CP will make his second appearance at Just For Laughs as part of the lineup of the mega-popular Nasty Show for a 10-day run at the MTelus from July 17-27, along with fellow nasty comics Bobby Lee, Big Jay Oakerson, Bonnie Macfarlane, Jessimae Peluso, and Andrew Schulz. “I performed at Just For Laughs for the first time back in 2017, and it was one of the best times of my comedic career,” he said. “This is like the all star game of comedy, where you really have to perform at a high level.”

Funny Man: Mel Brooks by Patrick McGilligan Booke review

cal version of “The Producers” that won 12 Tony Awards and became the toast of Broadway. Yet through his many successes – and his many failures – the former Melvin Kaminsky had one common thread throughout his life on TV, movies and the stage: he had an aching need to be liked by everyone and garner a great deal of attention from friends and colleagues alike, even to the point of obnoxiousness (which explained why during a “Show of Shows” writing session, star Sid Caesar got so fed up with Brooks’ shtick that he dangled Brooks from the By Stuart Nulman window of the writers’ mtltimes.ca room high atop 30 Rock). Patrick McGilligan, who for the legendary TV has written critically-acsketch comedy series claimed biographies of “Your Show of Shows”, legendary Hollywood dihalf of the comedy duo rectors such as Alfred (with Carl Reiner) that Hitchcock, Nicholas Ray created the “2000-Year- and Orson Welles, gives Old-Man” routine, cre- Brooks a multi-dimenator of the 1960s spy sional biographical treatspoof sitcom “Get ment in his excellent Smart”, director of such tome Funny Man: Mel classic comedy movies as Brooks. “The Producers”, “Blazing This book can be best Saddles”, “Young Franken- described as Mel Brooks stein” and “Spaceballs”, or with and without the the driving force behind laughter. Stadlen through during the shooting of his 1983 comedy “To Be Or Not To Be).

n his show business career that has lasted for seven decades, Mel Brooks – who recently turned 93 – can boast generations of fans who have followed different aspects of his career, whether it be as a writer

Also, two other aspects of Brooks’ personality that was barely public knowledge, but comes out in great detail in the book, were his ability as a shrewd work, they will certainly Sheriff Bart. The other is how Brooks managed to see himself through so many personal and professional setbacks and failures (his early 60s Broadway musical “All American” and his 1975 short-lived ABC sitcom “When Things Were Rotten”, for example) that he became a sort-of Hollywood version of Lazarus, in which he rose from the ashes from what could have been a careerending failure to a major success that was bigger than the previous one. Using countless interviews and thorough research, Patrick McGilligan has constructed in Funny Man: Mel Brooks a portrait of a human dynamo who wanted to make people laugh whether it be through an impromptu conversation or talk show appearance, or one of his popular comedy creations. However, through a lot of insecurity, a constant needy feeling, and a two-faced personality, this book shows that the steps Mel Brooks took to the pinnacle of becoming a comedy legend was indeed no laughing matter. Passport to the Universe at the Rio Tinto Alcan Planetarium

By Deborah Rankin mtltimes.ca

"We are mapping the grand structure of the Universe, tracing its ancient past, finding our place in its great story. We are becoming citizens of the cosmos." Tom Hanks, Passport to the Universe What is our place in the cosmos? Philosophers and

scientists alike have tried to answer this age-old question. The ancient Greek and Indian philosophers believed that the Earth was at the center of the Universe. Over the centuries astronomy gradually evolved and by 1543 Nicolaus Copernicus had published his model of the Universe in which the Earth revolved around the Sun in our Solar System. This heliocentric view replaced the old geocentric

notion, a revolutionary concept for its time. However, it would take modern astronomical observations and space exploration to reveal the vastness and complexity of the Universe and our true place in it. Passport to the Universe an immersive show narrated by Tom Hanks at the Rio Tinto Alcan Planetarium answers this fundamental question as it takes the audience on a stunning

Solar System to the far corners of the Universe that lets the viewer see the transition from the two-dimensional starry sky of our Milky Way Galaxy to three-dimensional interstellar space with its billions of stars and billions of galaxies. "We are living in the golden age of astronomy," Hanks says. "We are completing the space reconnaissance of our Solar System. We are using other kinds of light to observe the life cycles of stars and galaxies, revealing wonders never before visible." In this remastered version of Passport to the Universe Hanks draws parallels between our

coming of age as individuals and as a society. "There comes a time in each of our lives when it first dawns on us that we are not the center of the Universe, that we are part of something larger than ourselves," he says. "As it happens to each of us, so it is happening to our civilization right now." At a time when there is increasing concern about life on our planet Passport to the Universe helps us step back and see the bigger picture of the Earth in all its splendor and fragility in a magnificent Universe. ave you watched the ads on TV touting things like a miracle cosmetic ‘Jawline’ treatment. Eliminate the sagging and the wrinkles? Wow…the ‘before and after’ images are startling and make you want to dive right in. No surgery required. Just purchase this package, apply as instructed and travel back in time. Sounds as fun as ironing linen. If you have ever ironed linen you know what I mean. It is a beautiful experience as the fabric responds so lovingly. Wouldn’t it be fun to apply a face cream and watch the wrinkles melt away? But, we must ask, how long will this last and will we wrinkle again? The ads are magnets. Hard to resist. I decided to take a closer google look at some of the products. My first quest is always to locate the FULL ingredient list. If that is a challenge, I am immediately suspicious. One Jawline package touted a purchase for $155.00, on sale from $300 (2-month supply), with a 60-day guarantee. Packages become more expensive as the products in the package begin to multiply, but so do the guaranteed results. We are like fish on the line. Click here. Click there. Scroll up. Scroll down. Turn around. It proved challenging.

What is there not to understand? A world where wrinkles are wisdom, not woe, does exist in certain cultures. In Korea, elders are highly respected. In many of our Native North American families, elders are esteemed for their life experiences and wisdom. In India, elders head the families. We should learn to enjoy our life as a celebration and not look upon aging in disrespect. Come on North America.Where is your empathy to aging? Aging is life’s gift of wisdom and experience. Of course, we should continue throughout to eat well and to take care of our skin. Moisturize, hydrate, clean. We should not be made to feel ashamed of the skins’ natural journey. Change is inevitable. To try to reverse the process though false

means often can have negative side effects. Laser treatments, harsh chemicals, surgery, implants, peels, injections, micro treatments, ultrasounds. We do have choices. If you are considering turning back time using one of the above methods, make sure you research carefully any potential side effects. That in itself may be overwhelming, but you should know what you are getting into. Along with some positive feedback, I have also seen horror stories and heard many regrets. There can be swelling, bruising, blistering. There can be scarring, indentations, sores, infections, pigmentation changes. The seemingly less invasive procedures, like the creams, lotions, balms, masks etc. can also have harmful effects on our health. The preservatives, stabilizers, dyes, mineral pigments, shine added to products may have irritating, allergic results. You know your own skin. Natural substances can also be questioned. But the testing is not nearly as invasive and once you know your potential limitations, if any, there is a whole world of natural goodness waiting for you. As easy as ironing linen. Stress Kills - It’s very simple

re you worried about your stress? You should be. Stress kills! Researchers suggest that as much as 60-90% of illnesses are directly caused by or exacerbated by stress. Stress is related to major illnesses such as

heart disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes. It can also cause back pain, headaches, tooth grinding, upset stomach and digestive problems, sleep loss and exhaustion, skin problems , unhealthy weight gain or loss, and of course, loss of sex drive. These are just the physical symptoms. Stress is linked to depression, anxiety, mood swings, confusion, restlessness, irritability, insecurity, forgetfulness, and a host of other negative mental and behavioral symptoms. We hear about

good stress, bad stress. How do we know the difference? How does all of our stress accumulate? Stress is the body's reaction to any change that requires an adjustment or response. The body reacts to these changes with physical, mental, and emotional responses. What’s it doing to us? With stress so clearly linked to our health, it is shocking to me that we don’t think about our own level of stress and do something about lowering it. Oh yes, we say “I am so stressed” but do we really know what that means? The things that cause stress are called stressors. Do we know our own stressors? Are we aware of the feeling of stress on our own bodies? Have you ever felt sick to your stomach during a test? Have you had days when you were so loaded down with homework that you had trouble sleeping? Have you ever been so worried about something that you ended up with a terrible headache? If so, then you know what it's like to feel stress. Stress is often worn as a badge of accomplishment in our society. It’s not enough that we compete to see who can do the most, but we compete

to see who can handle the most stress doing it. With such an unhealthy attitude towards stress, it’s no wonder that stress-related illnesses are so common. Canadian Mental Health Association slogan in 2009 was, "Now more than ever, invest in yourself” The number of Canadians reporting stress has increased by 30 per cent since last year, the Canadian Mental Health Association reported at the start of its 58th annual national mental health week in 2009. Recent studies show that it does not seem to be

t has been declared a heat ‘warning’, not a heat ‘emergency’ like when several times last summer extreme heat waves hit the city and at least 66 people died from heat-related complications - but it is still a warning from the city to take necessary precautions. Montreal also announced it has a plan in place should they need to declare a heat emergency anytime this summer - but only when temperatures reach a high of 33 Celsius or more for three days in a row. On Wednesday morning July 3rd, Environment Canada issued a heat ‘warning’ for the Montreal Island area, as well as for Laval, Longueuil/Varennes and Chateauguay/La Prairie - as the heat and humidity will be high enough so that people could still get a heat stroke or heat exhaustion. This is now day two of four days expected when temperatures will be rising higher than 30 Celsius and the city will carefully monitor the situation and take steps if required to make sure people in need are watched and kept cool. Otherwise, you can also head out to a place nearby, like a shopping mall, library and an indoor pool or even go see a movie inside an air-conditioned theatre where you can spend a few hours and cool off. Wear lightweight, cool clothing. You can also take a cool shower or bath. It can make a big difference. - Prepare meals ahead of time so you do not have to use your oven. Buying some prepared meals can also help. - Keep your windows covered with curtains or blinds during the day. – Stay hydrated! -Drink plenty of water (or add some natural fruit juice to it) even if you do not feel thirsty to avoid the risk of dehydration. - Eat fruits and vegetables that have a high water content. Watermelon is a great option. - Make sure your pets have fresh water available at all times. Do not leave them outside for prolonged times, especially in direct sunlight. Do NOT leave them inside a parked car, even if it is just for a short period while you run in for some groceries.

appeal the more buyers will visit resulting in the highest sale price possible. The main tip I would give a seller it to try to look at the exterior from an outsider’s point of view, however since most people live in their homes for so long, this is easier said than done.Work with a realtor that understands the importance of staging, and knows what buyers look for. We offer a home consultation and make a detailed list of items that sellers absolutely need to take care of before selling. And I promise you this makes all the difference!

hen buyers are shopping around for a house, they typically scour the internet and swipe through photos. Many agents ask their buyers to check out homes from the outside, before deciding if they even want to visit the inside. Depending on how many homes are for sale in your neighborhood, if your home does not stand out from the rest a buyer may not even consider it. As a seller you need to be smart about choosing where to spend your money in terms of return on investment when selling. I see many sellers spending so much money on a pool for example and neglecting the exterior façade. The front of the house is truly the first impression your home gives. And you know what they say, you only have one chance to make that first impression. This is so true when selling your home. Buyers decide on whether to buy your house within the first 30 seconds of arriving. Even though real estate is a financial decision, 50%

of the decision is based on feeling. How does your home make them feel? Do they see themselves living there? This means that the curb appeal needs to be perfectly neutral and inviting. The exterior home finishes such as the walkway, driveway, stairs, bushes, windows, trees, lawn and entrance door need to be in excellent condition and even stand out. You may invest in a spectacular new front door or spruce up the old one with paint and new hardware. The driveway and walkway should not

be cracked and need to look sparkling clean; you can pressure wash them. The lawn, trees and garden should not be overgrown; sometime removing a dead tree or overgrown garden goes a long way. Pretend you are receiving a visit from the Queen and prepare your frontage accordingly! The outside of the property is what creates the first feeling of interest. When buyers drive by you want them to think “I can see myself pulling up to this house after work”. You also want them to

feel “Wow, those people really take good care of their house.” More importantly, you want a buyer to say to themselves “We really need to get inside and visit that home!” The idea is that the outside is so well kept and inviting, that a buyer
