Monty’s Bakehouse is one of the world’s leading providers of high quality, premium, hand-held snacks that are baked in pack for travel and retail markets. We have a reputation for product and packaging innovation which is delivered through our team of development chefs and packaging experts based at our offices close to London Gatwick Airport in the UK. Our product development and design team is there for our customers. We thrive on developing new snack solutions for all of our customers under the Monty’s Bakehouse brand with the aim of meeting the ever changing needs of the travel and retail marketplace.

Wraps Launched in 2010, our hot, posh wraps have been a popular and healthier alternative to many of the existing hot snacks available today. Every wrap is hand rolled and lightly toasted before being lovingly packed in its own box and sent to you. We have recipes available for European, Middle Eastern, American, Asian and Australian palates. Pizza Subs The most traditional visually of our Pizza recipes, our Pizza Subs combine a light and fluffy sub bread base with rich traditional pizza toppings. A very versatile hot snack, this product is available in 90g or 130g options, with protein and vegetarian options. We have recipes available for European, Middle Eastern, American, Asian and Australian palates. Scoffins A pioneering combination of a muffin and scone infused with a sweet filling - we call it a Scoffin! Each Scoffin is individually packaged in bake-in-pack boxes. We have the option to produce these snacks as either as warm indulgent bake in the oven hot snack, or as a cold, thaw and serve snack dependant on your requirements. 100g each 54 units per case 78 cases per euro pallet

Ciabatta With a crisp outer shell and a light fluffy bread centre, our Ciabatta is the perfect accompaniment to a rich and indulgent filling. Globally recognised, this premium Italian sandwich has a wide range of recipes including European classics and Middle Eastern fusion recipes. We have Protein and Vegetarian options available. Toasties A classic hot snack with a delicious Pizza twist, our hot posh Toasties come individually packaged in our innovative bake-in-pack ovenable boxes. We use premium rustic bread, infused with herbs and classic sandwich and pizza recipes for the filling – truly delicious! Currently available as 125g hot snack, 6 snacks to a standard atlas tray.

Hot Boxes Our Hot Boxes are an exciting combination of a sweet and a savoury treat in the same ovenable box. Muffins Our range of thaw and serve muffins are a premium take on a favourite coffee time snack. Packed full of juicy blueberries and pieces of rich indulgent chocolate, they are delivered individually packaged in brown flower pot cases and flow wrap. They are supplied with 12 months frozen shelf life and defrost from frozen in approximately 5 hours. Logistics We currently distribute, using our in house logistics team to over 25 European caterers and stations, the US, Middle East and Australia, with warehouses in UK, Frankfurt, Brussels and Brisbane for increased service flexibility. We are fully compliant with local customs and food safety regulations for EU and non EU members, and can work with your catering stations to advise them of rotation changes, stock burn off and pallet design. We also have express vehicles for emergency deliveries.
