NORDEN FARM HOSTS A QUEST FAMILY FEST WITH FUN-PACKED SHOWS AND ACTIVITIES
Visit Newbury has announced its Easter events, designed to entertain the whole family with a number of fun, free experiences over the Easter Half Term which will take place from Saturday 1st April to Sunday 16th April and is designed to celebrate the arrival of spring in the town. There will be ‘eggcellent’ Easter Egg trail to suit all ages – in partnership with Parkway Shopping and local businesses are getting involved, too. On 6 April, families will have the chance to meet Encanto’s Mirabelle in the Market Place. She will be available for meet-and-greets and photo opportunities all day. The town centre will also play host to Visit Newbury’s Easter Farm & Family Fun! event, where a petting zoo with spring animals and friends, such as bunny rabbits, guinea pigs, goats, lambs, and donkeys will pop up in the Market Place between 10am and 2pm. Families will have the opportunity to interact with the animals and learn more about them. No ticket or booking is required. The Great Newbury Easter Egg Hunt, is another exciting event to look forward to this April. Giant Easter eggs will be dotted around the town, and families can collect stickers or write down the name of the animal they see on each egg. Finding all the eggs will enter families into a prize draw for a range of goodies, including a family ticket to the Newbury Racecourse. The local businesses participating in the trail will include: Isabel’s Retro, Sweetbox, Honesty, Artisan Handmade, Waterstones, Snappy Snaps, Fatface, Parkers, Nature’s Corner, Floral Beauts, Aplan Insurance, Forrest Motorsports, and Better Health and Fitness.
