Together with glimmers of sun, the May half term is nearly here! Longer, brighter days have arrived, so time to get planning some great days out and make up for any lost time! Sunday 29th May bbC philharmoniC family ConCert with mr tumble and friends!

Join Mr Tumble and his CBeebies friends for an orchestral adventure featuring the Hello song, the Shine song and some exciting orchestral music on Sunday 29th May at Manchester’s Bridgewater Hall. Mr Tumble’s friends will include CBeebies star Justin Fletcher, saxophonist YolanDa Brown of YolanDa’s Band Jam fame, Rebecca Keatley from the CBeebies House and Spotty the Horse! The BBC Philharmonic Family Concert is a great way for children of all ages and their families to experience a full symphony orchestra performing live music. Book now online.

4th & 5th June the ClassiC and performanCe Car speCtaCular Celebrates the Golden aGe of motorinG

Looking for a brilliant family day out? Then head to Tatton Park on the 4th-5th June to one of Britain’s most popular car shows. Celebrating the golden age of motoring, there will be over 2000 classic cars on display offering the public the chance to marvel at the impressive collection of privately owned cars from all over the world. Fancy a drive in a Ferrari or maybe a Lamborghini? Take a ride with Sporting Bears in one of their many dream cars and, did you know, all proceeds are going to charity! Go off to the show and enjoy the fun-packed weekend full of cars, entertainment, music, and food!

Sunday 26th June summon the superheroes at liverpool philharmoniC hall

Put on your superhero suits and fill the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall for a fantastically super-powered concert of sensational sounds for caped crusaders. Taking place on Sunday 26th June at 2.30pm, the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra will be using their super-ability to play themes for Batman, Spiderman, The Incredibles, Superman and many more. There will be some superheroes in the foyer before the concert, so you might just get a picture with your favourite! The whole family is invited to experience the power of a full symphony orchestra at this lively, interactive concert. Fidgeting is allowed and fancy dress is positively encouraged!

21st & 22nd June Get ready for a riGht royal day out in Cheshire!

The Royal Cheshire County Show returns on the 21st and 22nd June and there’s much to look forward to for all the family! Keep an eye out for farmyard favourites around the Showground including horses, cows, pigs and adorable Valais Blacknose sheep, as well as the fantastic educational Sheep Show. If big thrills are more your thing, don’t miss Paul Hannam’s Quad Bike Stunt Show in the Main Ring, followed by a spin on the fairground rides and of course a delicious ice cream!
