Guilsborough provides excellent grounding for success beyond school life

Ofsted recognises Weston Favell Academy going from strength to strength

Weston Favell Academy has made significant improvements over the last 12 months which have been recognised by all stakeholders and, most recently, Ofsted. Here are some of the findings: “Pupils agree that the school is now more of a community” (Ofsted 2022) “Pupils enjoy coming to school and say they feel safe and happy” (Ofsted 2022) “Parents also recognise that the school has been improving rapidly recently. Wellingborough School awarded the highest possible judgement by the ISI

In March 2022, Wellingborough School was inspected by the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI), the body approved by the Government for the inspection of independent schools. Inspections take place roughly every six years and allow an opportunity for the school to be scrutinised in considerable depth. • From a Compliance perspective – the School has been found to be compliant in all areas, such as those related to Welfare, Health and

Safety of students, and Safeguarding; • Educational Quality is divided into two areas - pupils’ academic and other achievements, and pupils’ personal development and, in both, the School has been awarded the grade of Excellent, the highest possible judgment.
