NEW Beginner Chinese
This course is designed for beginners ages 18 and up with no prior Mandarin Chinese knowledge. Instructor Hsiao-Chieh Teng Hozak (CJ) is a native of Taiwan with a Master’s in Teaching Chinese as a Second/Foreign Language and 5 years of teaching experience. This introductory Chinese course will cover Hanyu Pinyin (Chinese phonological system) and the Chinese writing system, in both handwriting and typing. Yoga Flow with Ease - Soma Yoga
This class incorporates somatic movements into a traditional yoga practice to bring greater ease and increased awareness to the traditional poses. Class typically begins with somatic movements and then continues with a slow vinyasa flow. Modifications are provided throughout the class to allow individuals to choose adaptations appropriate for their bodies.
