FRONT PUBLIC SHOPPING
Yurim Building Remodeling Competition
Public Shopping
In front of Hongik University is a place filled with cultural and artistic energy and Cultural context is the most important factor that defines this place. Cultural Context front of Hongik University has gradually turned into a commercial place, developed into a place where you can enjoy the cultural factors but Has been limited to main street facing the skyscrapers can be leased out to low-rise commercial facilities and high-rise offices This project propose a overcomes acess to highrise commercial and synergies of Culture and Public of Shopping space in front of Hongik University.
Front Leveling We propose a new approach in order to overcome the limitations of existing high-rise commercial facilities with vertical. Planning approach to solve difficult problems for retail space over three floors, Increase the population to pedestrian way pass on the first floor public and commercial facilities influx increases. Difficult access to the second floor of commercial facilities so we bind the three floors of shopping space to be recognized low-rise.

Ecological Boundary for Small Dwelling 3th Prugio Design Competition
Ecologycal Dwelling Contemporary apartments of Korea consist of landscape and inside. Landscape composed of apartment complex landscape and long range scenery. Inside composed of Interior and Privacy. However, landscape cannot meet life of inside, inside cannot accept a variety of change such as population composition,
What’s the Problem?
Contemporary apartments of Korea consist of landscape and inside. Landscape composed of apartment complex landscape and long range scenery. Inside composed of Interior and Privacy. However, landscape cannot meet life of inside, inside cannot accept a variety of change such as population composition, family composition, and social structure, because landscape and inside are separate by complete boundary. Therefore, we need alternative that overcome separation of landscape and inside, accept change of family composition.
Change of Poplulation & Family
1,2 Person Household
Population Pyramid
Concept Natural Activity We suggest ecological boundary that can overcome separation of landscape and inside. Ecological Boundary is able to become medium that link Street and House. Ecology expands to Residence and Community, so a wide variety of activities that happen between human and nature, also between households can occur.
Plans Inside & Outside
We suggest inside like outside and outside like inside instead separation of landscape and inside. Using Flexible Sliding Door makes it possible to expand character of space, such space have ambiguous boundary so that characters of space spread.

Tectonic Pyeongchang has widened the cultural influence in a variety of ways. However, because of the geographical problem there is a limit to the relationship. To overcome these limitations, we propose a new approach to Itself naturally formed structures and the integration of the flow of culture and terrain, which leads to minimize the visual and environmental impact.
Phase_1 Interlink disconnected area Pyeongchang has widened the cultural influence in a variety of ways. However, because of the geographical problem there is a limit to the relationship.
Pyeongchang residential areas and area of cultural disconnection occurred because waste storage facility. So We propose a community center for regional connection and new culture facility installed to recover locality.
Phase_2 Un-Tectonic Approach to build as natural order
Space planning as the geographical hierarchy
Phase_3 Installation Installing 6 artificial elements Formed only in natural terrain by inserting artificial elements such as walls, stairs, ramps, roof creates an environment in which you can configure the various space.

Phase_4 Program Connecting as flexible boundary The function of the museum, as well as for use as a community space for the residents to be more active approach by mixing the two programs.
Program distribution by slope Steep slope is used as a exhibition space that can have a large screen, creating a high wall and gentle slope is used as a community space that can have a wide field of view, creating a low wall.

Deep Sea Observatory
9th Steel Structure Design Competition
Observatory Jeju Island with warm water temperatures and turbulence due to a rich and diverse ecological resources and deep water with turbidity optimal for underwater views into the clean waters of the nation 's largest Deep-sea, fish and coral reefs, including the distribution of a variety of biological and especially submarines, cruise tourism has been actively We continue to enjoy this natural environment in order to be able to understand the ecology of the place and lasting change can be observed in a permanent observatory is required.
Vertical Structure Vertically depending on the temperature and currents show a variety of distribution because of a variety of natural environments in order to observe the natural environment of the underwater vertical form is required.

Public Shopping Path Yongsan forms a complex information-related industries to showcase and sell products more than 4,000 stores and 20 buildings in the nation's largest electrical and electronic distribution. But behind these developments, the current offline Mall of decline and the advances of the online shopping mall phenomenon is happening with urban decline measures necessary. Inducing blur the boundaries of the area with the Yongsan Electronics Market. Boundaries depending on the Disconnected movement of people appeared with the existing commercial area should be activated again by communication, break down the boundaries between public space in the plan so that the event could be extended to the Land.

In order to take advantage of the open space around the school, was just on the north side of the open space plan to connect.
Connecting Green Line
Existing apartment complexes had between buildings skyline as it does not follow. Broken the continuity of Green Spaces to simulate the terrain of Namsan green green roof plan that revived form is proposed. Faraway in the visual sense of openness, simple skyline of the surrounding apartment complexes give a variety of rhythm.
