Why Serve as a Club Officer? Being a club officer is both a responsibility and an opportunity. It's a responsibility to serve the club's members and help them thrive. It's also a unique, year-long learning opportunity in leadership. During that year you can learn more about Toastmasters, develop your skills as a leader and serve your fellow club members in running fun and effective meetings and helping them get the most out of the Toastmaster experience. You’ll also earn leadership credit towards the DTM award if you serve as a club officer.
