Breakfast Recipe - Spicy Masala Oats
Prep time: 10 mins Cook time: 10 min Ready in: 20 min Yields: 2 Ingredients 1) 2 nos. Green Chili, Chopped 2) 1 medium Onion, Chopped 3) 1 nos. Tomato, Chopped 4) As per taste Salt 5) 1 cup Oats 6) 1/4 tbsp Black Pepper, Powder 7) 2-3 tbsp Coriander Leaves, Finely Chopped
Instructions: 1) Take water in a pan and put it on medium flame.
2) Add green chili, onion and tomato to this water.
3) Heat the water till onion gets cooked and then add salt,oats and black pepper. 4) Mix everything well and keep stirring in between till oats mixture gets little thick or oats gets soft. 5) Garnish it with coriander leaves and lemon juice and serve hot spicy masala oats.
