BARBECUE CHEESEBURGER RAMEN Submitted By:Tobias Submitted From: Maine, USA Ingredients:

• • • •

1 pkg Beef Ramen noodles Ground beef (about half the size of the noodles) 4 tbsp barbecue sauce Grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation & Cooking Instructions:

Preparation & Cooking Instructions:

• Brown the ground beef; add the diced onion and lower the temperature so that you don’t burn the meat. • Cook the onion thoroughly until it’s clear, and then add the garlic. Not too long after that, add the noodles. • Stir the mixture around for only a bit, and then add the thyme, cayenne pepper, and oregano. Allow that to soak in only slightly. • Add water and bouillon cubes, and heat to boil. • Lower temperature, stir and cover for 10 minutes, stirring every few minutes.

• Prepare noodles as you usually would, but drain most of the water out, leaving just enough to stir in with the seasoning packet. • Brown ground beef in a separate pan; drain the pan of grease, saving some for the noodles. • Toss the browned ground beef into the noodles (two forks helps with this). • Mix in the barbecue sauce and Parmesan cheese.
