If you read their about me page, it is their belief that there isn’t an issue with information overload, it’s about filter failure. You just need to filter out the info that doesn’t concern you. This is driving force behind this content aggregator website. I’ve been using Alltop off and on for years and always felt it was a great all around site for discovering new content. As a bloggers, I’m more than happy to help others find my content too!
Getting On Alltop, The Content Aggregator Website The first thing I did was make sure my blog was ready for the big time. Meaning, I had all the design and layout finished. Our traffic kicks ass! This makes the relationship a win-win. They send highly targeted traffic to me, I write a lovely article about them and share the love. Hey Alltop….. I LOVE YOU! Second, I made sure I had plenty of high-quality, original content. Any content aggregator website worth it’s salt is not going to accept duplicate content, especial if it’s of poor quality. After that was done, I moved on to the next step, going over to Alltop. So here’s what I did to get on Alltop. I submitted my blog manually. To do this you need to first create an account. It’s all free. You can do it here. Once you have created an account, you simply fill out the required fields and submit it. Now it’s a waiting game as they will manually review your site and make sure it meets their standards. Here’s the main reason’s this content aggregator website will reject your site:
