The clear area around the wordmark is integral to the design. No copy or any other graphics may encroach on this minimum space. The buffer zone must be equal to the height of the “Y” in the Cal Poly wordmark.

ABOU T TR E L LO Trello is the easy, free, flexible, and visual way to manage your projects and organize anything.
PR OJE CT COLUMNS
In your Trello dashboard, there are columns that separate jobs. The titles are straight forward. Jobs in “Current Jobs” are arranged by priority: highest at the top, lowest at the bottom. When you finish a version of a job, upload the PDF to the task and drag the job into “Need’s Sadie’s Review.” Sometimes projects need further review: these projects will be placed under “Nona Reviewing.” Once a project is completed, Sadie will drag the job under the “Finished Projects” column. Other projects that are awaiting more information or that are very low on the priority list will be placed under the “On Hold” column.
PR OJE CT TAS KS
In each job, Sadie will place the description of the project in the comment section. Make sure you have all the copy you need to complete the project, typically flyers or posters: »» Title of event
»» Location
»» Time
»» Event description
»» Date
14
Stay updated with notifications to stay on task and see if there are any updates from Sadie if anything needs changing or if it’s ready to send out.
