the grace legging The Grace Leggings are unique to Golden Hour. These are created by the brand and can be purchased nowhere else. The pattern chosen for this legging shows an organic structure and follows the color scheme and aesthetic for the entire brand. Understand the brand, I believe you could point these out and know that they belong to Golden Hour. The pattern was created by the graphic designer, Grace Millar, giving it the name, the Grace Leggings. In the long run, they could produce more leggings in different patterns in order to give themselves a stronger brand identity and creating a true aesthetic for themselves.

When scrolling through the instagram, you notice a consistent aesthetic. The feed consists of photoshoots, lifestyle photographs, quotes, and graphics. There is a consistent color scheme of muted colors, allowing the pictures to flow evenly and none stand out amongst the rest. They have stories saved on their feed such as cities, shoots, and NYE. This allows followers to get a glimpse into the brand. It is a good mixture of travel, the brand itself, and events such as NYE. The brand will constantly be updating their instagram the latest apparel and things that they are loving.

Doggy Day was the chosen event because Golden Hour wants to show support for the local community. The Humane Society was chosen because the brand wanted to show their love and care for animals. These flyers will be put on social media, around the local area, and inside the store promoting “Doggy Day”. The entire store will be 15% off and all of the profits from that day will be going to the local Humane Society. The Humane Society will also bring a few animals into the store allowing them to be loved on and played with throughout the day. These animals sit in a kennel for most of the day and need exposure to the outside world and of course, to be given love.

I believe it would be beneficial for Golden Hour to have an ad in a local magazine. Either an artisinal type of magazine or whatever is the most popular local magazine in the area. I believe that being able to see something, not on a digital platform, is extremely beneficial. Having the brands logo placed in many different ways also gives it more exposure and to a different kind of consumer. People who read the local magazine might not be the same person who scrolls through instagram. This gives the brand a broader customer base.
