The company Mori Collective was founded in 2015 in Helsinki, Finland, and consists of two labels Mori and Diamonds From Dirt, DFD. The aim is to design stylish and ethically produced slow fashion and streetwear in two lines, both with unique approaches. Clothes labelled under Mori are produced in small series in Estonia. The mission is to pay close attention to the whole product life cycle when the materials are selected. Mori Collective labelled pieces are stylish, timeless and minimalist designs with special twist. Diamonds From Dirt is an exclusive line as all of the DFD clothes and accessories are made from reused or industry leftover fabrics in Finland. Alongside clothing, Mori Collectiveʼs jewellery is responsibly and close-by produced. Pieces are made from Finnish birch and laser cut and assembled in Helsinki, Finland.
Mori Collectiveʼs latest collection Rewind / Now is a combination of memories from the past and something new. It is inspired by our youth in the 90ʼs. Wavy ruffles, sunset colors and camouflage are mixed with loose fit shapes and amazing organic cotton corduroys. The pieces can be mixed with previous collections, and everything matches together.
