Returns are accepted on items that are in original condition, HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED within 30 business days of the original ship date. Shoes must be returned in their original and undamaged box. We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a refund or refuse full refund based on the returned condition. A 20% restocking fee will be charged if the item(s) returned are not in the condition stated above. An order number or name of original purchaser is required for any returns. Please allow approximately 7 business days to process your return AFTER it has been received by Momori. Please consider purchasing tracking/delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost items being returned to us. The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping & handling fees for items returned to Ruche. We do not refund shipping fees. Returns are usually processed within a week of arrival and may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. You may also opt for store credit.
