Do you know what day today is?
Today is a very special day. Today is the fourth of July.
Today we are getting ready to celebrate.
Today is my birthday!
My friends and family are coming to see me
from near
and far away.
Uncle Rishi is cooking.
Sam is greeting all the guests.
I am showing everybody...
...my taxi! Do you like it?
I knew you would!
Mommy gives me good fruit to eat.
Daddy turns me upside-down.
It’s picture time, Grandpa says.
He tells me where to look.
Uncle Lalit says, “Let me see your smile again.”
Daddy says, “Let me see how grown-up you are.”
Now it’s time for birthday cake.
Birthday cake does not make me smile.
Good-bye, birthday cake.
What will make me smile again?
Daddy!
See you again next year!
