It has been wonderful to once again have Amber Gardener as head photographer for this 2025 edition. Amber established her studio in 1997 and has a vast understanding of the hospitality and tourism industry. Not only has she done an amazing job at capturing delightful imagery, she has delivered visual storytelling at its best.

“Shooting the Eat.Drink book is always a joy! Having lived on the Peninsula my whole life, it’s exciting to visit established venues, see old friends and discover new businesses making their mark.

“Calling into farms and heading down dirt roads, seeing the animals and hearing stories along the way, brings me a great sense of pride as I view our beautiful Peninsula and the people in it bonded with a sense of warmth, resilience and passion. We are truly spoilt for choice, and it’s a blessing to call this region home.”
