Sometimes a short-term acquisition or rental agreement is the best fit for seasonal projects or testing out equipment before a long-term commitment. GE Capital’s Return Option Loan offers flexibility similar to a short term rental with the benefit of building equity in the equipment. If you choose to keep the equipment after the optional return period, all initial payments have been applied toward the principal and interest of the loan. Optional Return: The optional return period with accelerated payments expires at the end of the sixth month of the loan. If you would like to return the equipment, submit a request in writing 30 days prior to the expiration. If you choose to keep the equipment, you’ve been building equity the whole time. Details: This product is available for new and used construction equipment acquisitions over $25,000 for term lengths up to 60 months. Accelerated payment schedule during the first six months of the loan is equal to 4% of the total equipment cost.
