VIEW FROM THE BLEAU SALES NEWSLETTER FALL 2013

What a busy and eventful summer it has been! It was great seeing so many of you visit over the past few months, watching you experience all that Fontainebleau has to offer. On September 1, Fontainebleau’s BleauLive concert series hosted R&B powerhouse Robin Thicke and legendary producer, hip-hop artist and fashion designer Pharrell Williams, the duo behind the hit single “Blurred Lines.” It was the perfect setting for a live concert to close out summer! For October, the iconic Chateau Tower is illuminated in pink from dusk to 10 PM nightly, marking the first time our legendary hotel has altered its white façade. Fontainebleau joins buildings such as The White House, Empire State Building, Sydney Opera House and Buckingham Palace in lighting up pink to support National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The hotel’s signature restaurants, along with Lapis Spa and The Shops at Fontainebleau join the cause with special offerings throughout the month. With fall’s arrival we continue our physical expansion with the announcement of Fontainebleau’s fourth signature restaurant, Michael Mina 74, the first concept of its kind created uniquely for the hotel by celebrated chef Michael Mina. The new restaurant will deliver a dynamic culinary and social destination that – even for Miami Beach – blurs the lines between a restaurant, bar and ultra-lounge. Read more about it in the “News from Fontainebleau” page of the newsletter. Our sales professionals understand the intricate planning of the perfect meeting. Fontainebleau is already experiencing strong demand for 2014 - 2016 programs. Take advantage of the expert knowledge of our team and allow them to find the precise solution for your meeting. We eagerly anticipate your arrival to experience our world.

A spa should cater to your well-being inside and out. Lapis Spa takes this to heart with its new juice and tea based detox offerings. In addition to the complimentary lemon-infused water that most spas offer, Lapis indulges guests with other tasty variations including pineapple, blueberry and watermelon. “We encourage our guests to be lavish with consumption,” says Josie Feria, Director of Spa Operations. “Many of our treatments involve hot water, which can be dehydrating, so we suggest you ingest quite a bit of water.”
