Something's Brewing in Georgetown

Seattle's oldest successful neighborhood, Georgetown, began with farmers settling in the Duwamish delta. An influx of German immigrants and fertile hop-growing areas led to Georgetown becoming the sixth-largest beer producer in the world. Today, the scene is more conducive to microbreweries, as well as coffeehouses, shops, restaurants and lots of bohemian chic.
