A former carpenter apprentice, Denzil joined our apprenticeship on LUL after funding for his previous training programme failed

Rolls Royce decided to outsource all of their software development to India leaving 25+ Software Engineers without employment.

We made the decision to hire these Software Engineers as permanent staff members of Morson Projects for relevant projects

Shortly after, Morson Projects were appointed by BAE Systems to develop the CAGE multi-platform, mission planning software using Java, JavaScript and Eclipse IDE

Morson Projects brought together a team of 25+ engineers with at least 16 years’ software engineering experience.

All Engineers were re-trained in Java for this particular project and were provided at a reduced cost rate to the client during the training period

Andy Reid

Corporal Andy Reid is our official Morson Forces Ambassador.

Andy was injured by a Taliban IED in Afghanistan in 2009 and lost both legs and his right arm. Andy works closely with Morson strengthen the work it does in bridging the gap between the armed forces and ‘civvy street’.

Andy’s experience within the armed forces and knowledge of the terminology used by veterans allows him to act as a conduit and interpreter between them and the Morson team
