Employment Law e-bulletin February 2020 Welcome to our February Employment Law e-bulletin. The pace of change in employment law shows no sign of slowing down even though the influence of the EU is coming to an end. This year will be one of the busiest ever and the first of our free Essential Employment Law seminars will be looking at "Key employment law changes in April 2020 and beyond". The seminars will take place in our Edinburgh and Glasgow offices in March and you can book your place now - see below for full details or click here. One issue that our seminars will cover is the change to what must be included in employment contracts that take effect in April. These changes will impact on nearly every employer, employee and worker in Great Britain. If you are unsure whether your current terms and conditions will be compliant then we can review and amend your documents for a fixed fee of ÂŁ475 plus VAT (subject to conditions). Contact innes.clark@morton-fraser.com or your usual Morton Fraser contact for further information.
