Seated Dinner Styles

The following descriptions are our offerings for a more formal meal service. Seats for each guest are necessary for the following service styles. BUFFET

The most casual of the seated meal options, this station traditionally features salad, bread, entrees, seasonal vegetables and starch presented on a stationary buffet that allows your guests to serve themselves. 1 salad + 2 entrees + 1 vegetable + 1 starch FAMILY-STYLE PLATTERS Often thought of as “the best of both worlds”, this option combines the formality of a seated dinner with a relaxed, interactive twist. Typically the meal begins with a salad or soup course followed by plattered entrées and side dishes that are interactively shared by your guests. 1 salad or soup + 2 entrees + 1 vegetable + 1 starch CLASSIC SINGLE Guests are served a plated single entree, usually chicken, pork or beef, with seasonal vegetable, starch & bread. This can be a great option for smaller gatherings. 1 salad + 1 entrée + 1 vegetable + 1 starch PRIME DUAL ENTRÉE Guests are served a petite portion of two entrées, usually meat & seafood, accompanied by a seasonal vegetable and starch with assorted house baked breads + butter. This is an excellent option for larger parties and allows for a fast, smooth, dinner service. 1 salad + 1 meat entrée + 1 seafood entrée + 1 vegetable + 1 starch RESTAURANT CHOICE ENTRÉE Guests are given printed menus, usually with several different choices per course, and are allowed to “order” at the beginning of their meal. This is a premium service, excellent for large or small events.
