Meaningful Life REACHING THE GOAL LINE Kansas City Chiefs fans are known for their loyalty and dedication. Ande Rodgers is one of the faithful. For years, Ande’s goal has been to cheer on her team, live at Arrowhead stadium. With help from Mosaic staff, she planned a weekend trip to Kansas City to make it happen!
“From her front-row seats, Ande got an excellent view.” Ande started her time in Kansas City with an exciting shopping spree to buy Christmas gifts for family, friends,
and even a few things for herself! She spent the day shopping, dining, and admiring the lights of holiday displays at the Kansas City Plaza. Despite the busy day, Ande was nearly too excited to sleep. The next morning brought low temperatures and plenty of rain, but that didn’t dampen Ande’s excitement. She threw on all of her Kansas City Chief’s gear, ready to cheer on her team in their game against the San Diego Chargers. From her front-row seats, Ande got an excellent view, some high-fives from the cheerleaders, and even a wave from running back Spencer Ware!

Ande was thrilled to reach her goal. She watched the Chiefs narrowly beat the Chargers 10-3. When asked about the game, Ande said she plans to stay a loyal Kansas City Chiefs fan—all the way.

Giving a Voice CONGRATS GRAD! Please join us in congratulating Daleia Creed, who earned her high school diploma on Dec. 18. The 19-year-old came to Mosaic early in the year and informed staff that one of her goals was to receive her diploma. With her hard work and the support of staff and leadership at
Ellsworth High School, Daleia’s dream was realized. Daleia celebrated with a party at Mosaic in Ellsworth. Her mother prepared delicious food, family members offered speeches, cake was served, and Ellsworth High School delivered Daleia’s diploma to display for all her guests.
A Warm Thank you to Ellsworth Mosaic would like to thank everyone who generously contributed to our agency during the holiday season. Whether you donated a special holiday gift to go under the tree or collected a financial gift from your organization, please know that Mosaic in Ellsworth would not be the success it is today without your support!
Mosaic is very proud of Daleia and all the hard work it took to achieve her goal. What’s next for Daleia? She has a new goal in mind, “I would like to go to college!” With Daleia’s ambition, anything is possible. Daleia with her diploma

A life of possibilities for people with intellectual disabilities.
Staff Spotlight AMY BELO How did you come to Mosaic? I moved back to Ellsworth from Colorado to be close to my family. I heard of the positive and great things that Mosaic does for the individuals in service and I knew that because I have a passion for helping people, Mosaic would be perfect for me. What is your favorite part about your job? When I start my shift and everyone is excited to see me. Hugs are a great way to start your day!
Can you tell us a funny fact about yourself? I don’t like tomatoes, but I like ketchup and spaghetti sauce. Do you have any secret talents? I love to sing, but am very shy about it. I sang in the church choir and did duets with my grandma when I was young. What are some of your hobbies? I enjoy cake decorating, drawing, painting, writing poems, and gardening.
