For game and practice reminders, you must first click the Setup link to choose when to receive the reminder.

from the MB email system.) 1. To begin receiving e-mail notifications, check the E-mail checkbox next to Messaging. 2. To receive text notifications, check the Text checkbox.

Selecting what to receive: Announcements: your attention please! These subscriptions (“Announcements Posted”) vary from things such as athletic announcements for everyone involved in a particular season (See General Categories), or other more specific information from individual classes, teams, or other website groupings you belong to. (See My Groups/My Child’s Groups). 1. Click the Setup link. 2. In the dialog box, select the announcement categories and/or groups to which you want to subscribe. 3. Click Save. 4. To receive e-mail notifications, check the E-mail checkbox. 5. To receive text notifications, check the Text checkbox. Categories/groups can be changed anytime by clicking the Edit link.

Selecting what to receive: E-newsletters
These options are related to e-newsletters the school distributes, such as MB Weekly. You can choose not to receive ANY bulk e-newsletters, or pick and choose.
*Seeing Double: Duplicate notifications Due to current system limitations, it’s possible to receive multiple email/text notices for a single piece of information. Case in point: subscribing to Upper School Daily Information Bulletin as well as the “Community” category in My Groups or My Child’s Groups. In the future we hope that the system will be modified to prevent duplicate messages. The only way to prevent duplicates now is by editing your settings, such as unsubscribing to US DIB if you are also subscribed to Community announcements or news. If you receive two copies of e-newsletters, that’s because your MyMB profile has both a primary and secondary email, and the website sends to both.
