ATTORNEY Navid Moshtael Mr. Moshtael limits his practice to family law and divorce matters. ATTORNEY Erin Noonan Erin Noonan graduated magna cum laude from Whittier Law School in 1998, where she was a member and editor of Law Review. Shortly after law school, Erin began work at the Los Angeles Superior Court as a law clerk. The exposure to a wide variety of legal issues, and participating in their resolution was invaluable training. Erin remained with the court for over a decade as a research attorney and has done extensive work in most areas of civil law. Erin also worked as an associate attorney for a medical malpractice defense firm in DTLA prior to joining Moshtael Family Law in 2018. Erin is a member of the Los Angeles County and Southeast District Bar Associations, and advocates as a State Champion for the Alzheimer’s Association and with the California Conference of Bar Associations.
SENIOR ATTORNEY Brett Gover Brett P. Gover earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He was sworn in as an attorney licensed to practice in California in 2016. He has been an associate attorney with Moshtael Family Law since 2019. Brett earned his Juris Doctorate from Western State College of Law. During law school Brett earned a Witkin Award in Business Associations and appeared on the school’s honor roll. Brett took advantage of the courses offered during his law school education by devoting his attention towards obtaining real life practical legal skills. These skills included representing individuals in divorce trials as a certified law school student, competing with the school’s negotiation team at competitions in San Diego, CA and San Francisco, CA, and taking additional trial practice/alternative dispute resolution courses. Brett also successfully completed two externships with a business litigation firm and the Legal Aid Society of Orange County. Prior to joining Moshtael Family Law, Brett worked for several highly regarded law firms. His areas of focus included family law, probate, and estate planning matters. Upon joining the firm Brett’s talents were quickly recognized. Brett has led a litigation team before being promoted to work directly with Mr. Moshtael on Mr. Moshtael’s personal litigation team. Brett’s trial experience includes a variety of appearances throughout the courts in Southern California. He has successfully obtained domestic violence restraining orders, finalized adoptions, and secured a variety of other orders by contested hearing and/or out of court settlements. Brett’s litigation experience also includes first and second chair appearances on trials lasting in excess of 40 days. Outside of the courtroom, Brett enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughter. He is a former physical fitness/mixed martial arts competitor and a photography enthusiast. Brett has competed in and won photography competitions.

ATTORNEY Winiviere Sy Winiviere G. Sy (“Wini”) has exclusively practiced family law for almost 19 years, since passing the California State Bar in 2004. Upon passing the bar, she worked for a large and prominent family law firm in Orange County for 2 years. Thereafter, she worked for another family law firm in Los Angeles County for 17 years. While in law school, Ms. Sy also externed for the Honorable Commissioner Richard G. Vogl (Ret.) in Santa Ana where she worked in a number of areas including observation and reporting for the Domestic Violence Restraining Order Calendar, Juvenile Court, the Order to Show Cause Calendar and Trial Calendar. As a child of divorce, Ms. Sy has a passion for helping families facing divorce and other high conflict family law matters. In her spare time, Ms. Sy is a health and fitness enthusiast. ATTORNEY Kim Davis Kim Davis is a junior associate attorney with Moshtael Family Law and, prior to becoming an attorney and while in law school, she worked as a paralegal for our firm. Throughout her undergraduate, post-graduate, and law school career, Kim focused her legal work experience on family law and related matters. She has worked as a Graduate Fellow in the Family Law Self Help Centers of the Los Angeles Superior Court, has served as file clerk, legal assistant, and paralegal at family law firms focusing on high-asset and high-conflict litigation in Los Angeles and Orange

ATTORNEY Ana Ike ➢ After completing her undergraduate work in English and Political Science, Ana Ike attended and graduated from Loyola Law School, with a concentration in litigation. ➢ Since passing the bar exam in 2022, Ms. Ike has focused her practice on sophisticated marital dissolution issues, including complex financial and property issues, and high-income support issues and complex custody matters.
