FOREWORD HEY AIESEC!!
With great, I am glad to welcome you to National Induction seminar for this year. As the OCP, I am working hard with my team to ensure much of a bigger difference in terms of providing the best and suitable environment for you to be able to learn and also have fun at the planned conference. We are really committed to making sure you get the best experience ever from this conference. I got the motivation to run a conference after realizing the importance of attending in the few I attended in the previous years of my time in AIESEC. I ASSURE you that if you are scared to break out of that shell and reveal the inner you, a bit anti-social and you do not know who you really are, NIS is going deal with all of the above mentioned. I got my brave character because of AIESC conferences, the same shall happen with you. Welcome to National Induction Seminar 2014 Yours: Organizing Committee President Mosipuri Mooketsi

INTRODUCTION
National Induction Seminar is a conference of AIESEC in Botswana that comes annually for the introduction of new members to the culture of the organization but more especially for the interaction and networking of different local chapters present under the wing of AiB for purposes of growth for the attendees through provision of sessions that are challenging but informative.
This conference acts a s a gate way to broaden the delegate’s perception of leadership for better understanding of the society around them. It develops one’s ability to know themselves and their capabilities and realize the importance of working hard but also having fun. Be part of NIS 2014
