Restorations (Road and Footpath)

Please note: While Restoration fees are generally GST free they become taxable if Council excavates road, footpath or gutter as part of private work at another party’s request. GST will be added in those circumstances.

Minimum charge: Minimum restoration charge shall be either 1 Square Metre or 1 lin. Metre Cost of restoration work in excess of 50 square metres may be subject to negotiation with the Director of Environment and Planning.
