Wired 4 Teens & Altered Books Starting in March, Mosman Library is shaking up Wired 4 Teens! We’re going to bring you a monthly workshop or activity in which you can create, alter or design incredible objects both artistic and useful. In March. Wired 4 Teens will be holding an altered books workshop where you can alter one of our sacred library books into a fascinating and personal work of art.

and a whiteboards workshop Wired 4 Teens where you’ll decorate your own Altered Books Workshop nifty organisational tool. Monday 7 March - 4pm-5pm To book in, call 9978 4091 or Concert Photography head on over to Workshop teens.mosmanlibraryblogs.com Monday 4 April - 4pm-5pm Whiteboards Workshop Monday 2 May - 4pm

Altering a book is as simple as adding a drawing or text to a page, or as complex as creating an intricate book sculpture. It’s entirely up to you. If you have a book at home you want to alter, bring it in and we’ll help you do what’s needed! As well as altered books, we have some other great workshops coming up too, including a concert photography workshop (to tie in with our Youth Week comp)

Photography Workshops As you probably noticed from the front page we’re having a photography competition this Youth Week. To help boost your chances, Mosman Library has talked with Mosman Camera Club and we’re holding 2 photography workshops (we mention one of them in the Wired 4 Teens article) just for young people.
