The Festival of Mosman showcases the highlights of Mosman celebrating the area’s vibrant culture through an exciting range of events including Moonlight Movies, Concert in the Park and Pet’s Day Out. We were lucky enough to be visited by four very talented singers from Mosman High School who gave a beautiful performance accompanied by guitar. Poet’s Corner If anyone is interested in forming a Poetry group please contact Olivier on 9978 4128.

Grandchild’s Hand The promise of tomorrow And the hope of dreams come true… A reminder of the childhood That’s still a part of you… The wonder of a miracle From which this love began… There is so much found in the touch Of holding a grandchild’s hand.

Walk with Grandpa It Must Be Spring Hush, Can you hear it? The rustling in the grass, Bringing you the welcome news Winter’s day is past. Soft, Can you feel it? The warm caressing breeze, Telling you the sticky buds Are bursting on the trees.

I like to walk with Grandpa His steps are short like mine. He doesn’t say “Now hurry up!” He always takes his time. Most people have to hurry, They do not stop and see, I’m glad that God made Grandpa “Unrushed” and young like me. - Rodney O. Hurd.

Look, Can you see them? The primrose in the lane, Now you must believe it Spring is here again.
