Dear Sir/Madam, I graduated from Architecture School with GPA 3.2, June 2018. I’m an Egyptian but due to my years abroad, I speak English like a native along-side with basic levels of French and German. I’m very interested in working with you and being part of your team because of your architectural interests which I share, such as finding architectural solutions using state of the art techniques and technologies. I have a knack for participating in International Architectural Competitions and to my luck I have won a few earning me the Tamayouz Excellence Award - Dewan Architects Award for two years in a row (2018 - 2019). Among other competitions. Whilst working on several projects, I have learnt to meet deadlines and I am comfortable in working as part of a team, as well as taking positions of leadership, while developing a skill using software including Rhino, Grasshopper, Adobe Programs, CAD/BIM and 3D Visualizations. I also followed an academic teaching path and offered architectural workshops for parametric architecture using Rhino/Grasshopper. I am currently doing my Master’s Degree at the Hochschule Anhalt - Dessau Institute of Architecture in Germany which focuses mainly on Computational and Algorithmic Design. I see my advancement, knowledge, and development as an architect to be a lifelong endeavor, and I am excited to implement the skills I have gained over the years of higher education, internships and office experiences to contribute to the success of your studio. Thank you for taking the time to view my application. I am available for interview at all times. Looking forward to hearing from you. Yours Truly. Mostafa Elghazawy.

M

PASSERELLE MONOLITHE

Master’s Design Studio Project Vitry Sur Seine, France. This project was developed for my Master’s Degree Winter Semester 2021 at the Dessau Institute of Architecture in Germany. This is a solo entry showing my proposal for the inhabited bridge design.

FLOOR PLAN

In the displayed scenario below, a concert is taking place on the upper deck of the Main Gallery Hall, accordingly the car bridge will be blocked converting it into a Pedestrian Bridge and a viewing platform for the concert. Underneath the Car Bridge is a huge circular screen displaying what is happening on the top deck. So that people in the amphitheater can also witness the event.

O

PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL VILLA, RIYADH, KSA. OFFICE WORKS

The Design took a pragmatic approach dividing the appointed mass based solely on the intended function of each space letting it control the design output of the project.
