BEFORE YOU TRANSFER – Meet with your MSU transfer advisor, Tim Tucker, early in your college career to ensure you’re taking all the right classes to reach your academic goals. You may be admitted and begin taking courses with MSU while still completing your associate’s degree, if needed. – Complete your associate’s degree. The Associate of Arts in Teaching (AAT degree) is recommended because it will satisfy many of the requirements for your bachelor’s degree and certification; however, you may join this program with any AA degree if the appropriate prerequisites are taken. – Pass the MoGEA assessments or have earned an ACT composite score of 20 or higher.
