THANKS TO TOOWOOMBA LIONS CLUBS

MND Queensland was the recent recipient of two major donations from Lions Clubs in Toowoomba.

In April our Fundraising and Communications Manager Jason Russo was presented with a $2,000 cheque by the Lions Club of Toowoomba West. Then in July we were gifted $5,000 from the Lions Club of Toowoomba Wilsonton. Both clubs have lost members to MND and have an understanding of how devastating MND can be, as well as an appreciation of the support that MND Queensland provides.

These donations, along with many others received recently from other service Clubs in response to our appeals mean a lot to us and we are very grateful to all of the Clubs across Queensland that support us.
