home brewer ’s dream came true in December 2014; with a passion for beer and gatherings of friends and family Primal Brewer y in Huntersville was born. Making great beer regardless of the style was their mission, and so they have. I love hanging out at the brewer y in Huntersville with my friends. The atmosphere is slightly speakeasy with no TVs, dark leather couches, a fireplace, hardwood floors, and several different nooks to congregate but not be excluded from the rest. However, this is about to change up a bit! All of the production is moving to the Belmont location. The production room will now become the new “Sports Bar area” with its own taps, TVs, garage doors, and easy access to the patio for upcoming festivities. This Spring, Along with the usual awesome they will also open the outdoor m u s i c H u n t e r s v i l l e w i l l h a v e bar and add more sunshades. cornhole leagues, beer garden Continued On Page 12

yoga, one of my favorites, music bingo, and trivia ~ coming soon! The Huntersville location will be planning on brewing small-batch experimental batches, so stay tuned for that announcement. In the meantime, you can swing by and check out two new beers, now Kettle Fog Hazy IPA and Amber Waves Lager. In December 2019, Primal added the Belmont location to the family and not a little one. Primal Brewer y and Kitchen location is a mere 15,000 sq ft Mill within walking distance to the beautiful downtown Belmont. I love when a business renovates old with new, and it shows here. This location has a full kitchen, three times the brewing space, seating up to 160 with the indoor and outdoor patio/ beer garden, and live music every weekend (it’s a Primal thing). Keep an eye out for what the future holds indoor cornhole, disc golf, putting league, game room, and event space. Oh My! Special thanks to our amazing team for holding on through this covid crap!
