At the Joe & Mary Mottino Family YMCA we integrate our core values of caring, honesty, respect & responsibility through programs that promote youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The fieldwork program is an opportunity for LITs to use their leadership skills in camp and enjoy the rewards of working with the YMCA’s incredible staff team. LITs will experience various camp programs, assist in daily operations and receive valuable on-the-job experience that will help build a strong foundation for a future career. Specific placements depend on LIT skill sets and camp availability. LIT must successfully complete LIT Training to be placed in LIT Fieldwork program. Campers who successfully completed LIT fieldwork Summer 2013 may sign up for LIT fieldwork.
