TEST 1- COMFORT PATH

TEST2- NETWORK

HOW TO PROMOTE A COMFORTABLE WALK TAKING INTO ACCOUNT AN EXISTING TREE NETWORK AND THE BUILDING TO VALUE ? The purpose of climate analysis is to be able to make a projection on the human heat (UTCI) taking into consideration the existing and making tests for a comfortable outer space.

FALL SEASON

A diverse network and a wide vegetal palette. The analysis of vegetation focuses on the valorization of this natural heritage.

LAYER 0=Context (Topography+ circulation) LAYER 1 = Elevations

THE PROCESS The fantasy of digitalization is to think urban analysis in the sense where ANALYSIS cannot be thought in the independence of INTERVENTION but disappearance of the TWO.

CO-Habitation Medium-high standing and social housing- Mixed zoneHay Riad Archicad -Sketchup -Rhino vray -Photoshop

A bodly contemporary interpretation of its context and an urban renewal housing development that combines apartments and single-family homes in an exploded building mass. Appropriate to this scale, the residential complex extends to different levels of apartments aiming to create (green areas and gardens, exploitable rooftops, natural light, and ventilation, balconies, and terraces). Urban farmin and tactical urbanism are only a way and not a result; Disruption; rethinking needs, this was the small scaled urban farmin way’s to adapt the “new normal”.

Architectural project- Mixed Housing -2020

You get the feeling that you can actually make a difference; you can do it not alone, but together with others, multifarious and minimal impacts would stimulate the development of the city of arrival (also known as the urban village), It is an important part of the urbanization process. It may be the birthplace of the next wave of economical and cultural development, or the explosive place of the next wave of violent conflict, that needs to be well managed. From a stiff modification into the existing to modular plan, and from macro to micro. Lively urban village.

Green spaces and urban acupuncture

From the urban to the furniture MACRO TO MICRO

this diagram is not showing an innovative architecture design process but demonstrates the primary type of commercials, the permaculture island and all the functions. It shows that architect can follow a considerable urban design and create a design with the consideration of it s context.

Saint Denis, a strategic hub of Greater Paris, has succumbed to its history, one of the largest industrial zones of Europe thus become a vast wasteland, a pioneer hub marked by its history of popular and working-class banlieu The project thus proposes a socio-economic force. Housing, diversity, and rehabilitation of the house coignet in a workspace, as well as the factory in an incubator, injected these two functions will have as an impact to deroger for a common good and to secure more the area being near a

THE MAIN FEATURES OF THIS PROJECT.

Mere Child Hospital Housing Project -RABAT-2019

Designing an architectural project is first of all a response not only to the different needs of the Client but also to the constraints of the site. It is in this perspective that my proposal for the construction of a Children’s housing building of the hospital on behalf of the association. The conceptual approach was mainly conditioned by the following points, which constitute the outcome of our project:` The (R)urbanisation. This project is a perfect response, and palpable of an aprofondie analysis, a housing for the mother and child hospital However, the potential population consists of 83% of children from the rural world. Creating a center in this center to ruralize in the urban was the major concern, a cold and adequate corridor palette, a rural reminder, for a sense of belonging.

Architectural Project- Commercial offices-RABAT AGDAL-2018

The tertiary area is next to Kamra and with a strategic point which is Rabat Agdal station, where an administrative pole, residential and a minnisterial area is required. Flow, centrality, common good, these words are a repetitive rhythm of a consultation with students, employees and travellers, who are the potential population of this area. A large problem of parking on this area, the topography plays a major role thus promoting the creation of a lung to free all areas of parking flow. The twin tower is a strategic repere point for office trays. The tectonic layering creates an interesting shadow play structuring the building. Slim, high pillars emphasize the verticality of the Freshfields and support its Hanseatic character in combination with the white natural stone’s nobility. A parametrical design of the double skin, the sun shades, coded on predefined and variable parameters in paticular: the movement of the sun, the need for light- temperature regulation- human movement. This data can be collected from the outside environment or the inside with sensor data. THE MAIN FEATURES OF THIS PROJECT. A fun stroll from the urban to the countryside.
