Country Club to our Mounties Group family. On behalf of the Board of Directors, management, staff and all existing Mounties Group members, we are excited to officially welcome you to Mounties Group. MOUNTIES CARE CAREFLIGHT Mounties Group is proud to hold the biggest sponsorship and community support package known in club history. Mounties Care, Mounties’ pioneering healthcare service, has signed a five-year deal as the naming rights sponsor to the CareFlight Rapid Response Helicopter. The extensive deal helped support CareFlight launch the brand new Airbus H145, part of the next generation of NSW’s Aeromedical Helicopters. The new helicopter is one of the most advanced aeromedical helicopters in Australia and branded as the Mounties Care - CareFlight Helicopter, dedicated to saving lives in 8

Greater Sydney, the Central Coast, and Blue Mountains. This five-year partnership helps ensure that the services of the CareFlight Helicopter are available to our community members in need and allows CareFlight to save even more lives. This affects you, your family, your neighbours, and the wider NSW population as our members. Of course, we have enjoyed a rich eleven-year history with the CareFlight team, previously supporting them through community donations and ClubGRANTs. However, this newly announced deal is of a far greater scale than any partnership they have enjoyed before. Mounties Group CEO, Dale Hunt, knows all too well the importance CareFlight has in
the community after a CareFlight team saved his own son’s life. “Without CareFlight my son would not be here today. I wholeheartedly believe this, and I know there are many others that share the same sentiment as I,” says Dale. “The brand-new helicopter is like nothing you have ever seen before. It is state-of-the-art technology, I am incredibly proud that this is now out servicing the region and saving lives every day, as of today.” Dale concluded. CareFlight CEO, Mick Frewen is thrilled with the support Mounties Group has afforded them over the past eleven years and believes the creation of Mounties Care has brought them closer together than ever before.

M O U N T I E S C A R E E X PA N D S I T S H E A LT H O F F E R I N G W I T H C A R E S & C O M PA N I O N S Launching an innovative home-based healthcare service Mounties Care almost two years ago, Mounties Group has now acquired Carers & Companions to expand its service reach and health offering to members. For more than 30 years, Carers & Companions has been providing compassionate and personal care as well as extraordinary companionship services in the home for those in New South Wales. Operating across Sydney, the Hunter, Shoalhaven, Illawarra and Central Coast areas, Carers & Companions is now a part of the Mounties Group family. Carers & Companions was formed in 1988 and now provides a wide section of home-care support including daily care, 24-hour care, companionship, live-in-care, post-hospital support, respite care and new parent support.
Mounties Group are committed to improving all aspects of the lives of our members, and our plans to take Carers & Companions onboard will boost our unrivaled health sector presence. The service will join already established Group ventures including Specialised Medical Services, Invitation to Health, our state-of-the-art fitness centres as well as health and wellbeing services across our ten clubs. Carers & Companions will become the facilitator of Mounties Care services and will have a dedicated office and call centre as part of Mounties Care at Mounties.
