ME BACK! We have just introduced the free Mounties Group App, which places your venue at your fingertips. This free App is available to download now and provides a digital membership card, access to points balances, rewards and offers as well as all venue information, booking opportunities and lots more. During this time, it was apparent of a need for greater care and health provision for our members. This strengthened our desire to fulfil this demand with the creation of Mounties Care. Initially, launched as the Coronavirus Helpline, Mounties Care is now ready to assist members across a full compliment of healthcare services, including: • Members Free Healthline, where you can call a registered nurse and talk to them about your medications, or get some mental health assistance, or ask them for general health care advice. • Care Navigation services to help our members understand the My Aged Care system and how to coordinate funding, to coordinate medical and
allied health services, or provide guidance through complex diagnoses and treatment options. • The provision of in-home care, helping our members lead more stress free and independent lives and we can provide clinical services such as Hospital in the Home and Chemo in the home. Whilst the pandemic has hit us hard, Mounties Group remains in a strong position thanks to the leadership of our Board of Directors and a loyal and ever-growing base of members. We stand strong together, ready to grow to improve the lives of our members and the local community.
