Take your family to the best of London theatre for just £6 a ticket Monday 25 July - Monday 29 August 2016 Dear Family, Mousetrap Theatre Projects invites you and your family to take part in familyfirstnights this summer. Your family can enjoy one of 41 fantastic London theatre productions with all tickets just £6! Families can include parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, guardians and carers, but half of your family group must include young people between the ages of 3 and 17. In addition to top West End shows, you can choose from 16 children’s shows - many based on famous children’s books. Once you have selected your top three show choices, fill out the application and post it to us with your payment. It couldn’t be easier to take part! We will book your theatre tickets and send you a letter confirming all the details. If you have any problems completing the application form, please get in touch with the organisation that gave you this leaflet so they can help. ‘Dancers, Divas, Costumes and Composers’ Discover London’s Musical Theatreland. London Blue Badge Guide Diane Burstein will take you on a guided walk through central London to trace the history of musical theatre. From The Beggars Opera, London’s first successful ‘long running’ musical to The Bodyguard and other top shows of today. We’ll see the theatres where these musicals have been staged and hear about the talented actors who have performed in them. There’ll be an optional quiz to accompany the walk.

Curtain Up: Celebrating 40 Years of Theatre in London and New York
Until 31 August, delve into the world of plays and musicals to explore the craft and collaboration that creates spectacular international theatre. To celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Olivier Awards in April 2016, Curtain Up, by acclaimed stage designer Tom Piper, showcases material from award-winning productions such as The Phantom of the Opera, A Chorus Line and Wolf Hall and highlights outstanding theatre practitioners. Showcased are costumes from The Producers, Romeo and Juliet and The Audience, set models, scripts, photographs and film from past productions such as Carousel, Arcadia, and Sunday In The Park With George.
