'What a privilege it was for our girls to have a workshop led by Tom Hughes, the assistant director of Threepenny Opera. He really put them through their paces with exercises that had been used with the actors to develop movement sequences and characterisation in the show. It was an invaluable experience from which the girls will take lots of ideas for devising their final exam piece this coming year.'
