Each production is offered with: l Teacher’s Educational Resource Pack l Q&A session with members of the cast and/or production team

insightsessions These 90-minute sessions take place before the matinee performances. Designed as participatory master classes, insightsessions are facilitated by key members of the company and creative team (such as the director, writer and stage manager) and offer a first-hand insight into the creative choices made in staging a theatre production.

Memphis The Musical is a song and dance spectacular, with a roof-raising score and powerhouse performances. Inspired by true events from the underground dance clubs of 1950s Memphis, Tennessee, the show follows the fame and forbidden love of a white radio DJ who wants to change the world and a black club singer who is ready for her big break. Along the way they must fight prejudice and segregation as the Civil Rights movement gains momentum.

l Please complete all sections of the application form, especially contact details including an email address and mobile number. l If anyone in your group has any access requirements, please state clearly on the application form. l

Tickets are strictly limited, so we cannot guarantee your application will be successful. Priority will be given to schools new to Mousetrap Theatre Projects and those with a higher percentage of students on free school meals.

Schools may only attend one production, although you may rank as many choices as you wish. Following the application deadline, we will confirm whether or not your school has been successful.

Your tickets will then be booked and an invoice issued. Please do not apply for tickets you cannot use and please check the school calendar carefully and confirm the visit with your senior management team in advance.
