FUTURE WATER LEADERS (FWL)

• FOR THIS EDITION, WE WERE DETERMINED TO PUT THE YOUTH OF THE WATER SECTOR IN THE CORE OF ACTION BY RE-BRANDING OUR TEAM TO FUTURE WATER LEADERS. • HOW ARE WE CONTRIBUTING? PUBLIC EVENT OF THE AIWW INTEGRATED IN THE OVERALL ORGANISATION

CREATION OF THE ‘WATER IDENTITY’ CONCEPT

WATER IDENTITY • INTRODUCED BY THE FUTURE WATER LEADERS AMBASSADOR, CHRYSOULA PAPACHARALAMPOU. • THE CONCEPT COMBINES:

PERSONAL ELEMENTS WITH THE PROFESSIONAL AMBITION/INTEREST OF THE WATER PROFESSIONALS.

THE AIM OF THE WATER IDENTITY IS DUAL: 1. FOCUSING ON A COMBINATION OF PERSONAL HERITAGE AND PROFESSIONAL INTEREST. 2. BY USING A SIMPLE FORM TO COMMUNICATE WHO WE ARE, WE CAN IDENTIFY THE MISSING LINKS FOR A WATER SECURE WORLD

AS A GLOBAL CITIZEN, I FIND THAT CROSS-CULTURAL EXCHANGE IMPROVES THE UNDERSTANDING OF WATER IDENTITIES AND SERVES AS A VEHICLE TOWARDS EFFECTIVE COLLABORATION AND WATER SECURITY. THAT’S WHY I WANT TO WORK IN THE WATER SECTOR AND I CHALLENGE YOU TO JOIN THE FUTURE WATER LEADERS!

THANK YOU!
