Curitiba, 1959. El detective Clayton es contratado por la seductora Helen Zola para investigar a su marido, el enigmático Dr. Zola. Curitiba, 1959. Detective Clayton is hired by the seductive Helen Zola to investigate her husband, the enigmatic Dr. Zola. Although Vonetta, Clayton’s best friend, insists that he should not take the case, he accepts and ends up entering a web of intrigue that leads to the truth about the mythical Library of Dr. Lucchetti, a collection of books that holds all the secrets about monsters and vampires. Originally a successful B-rated web series, Paulo Biscaia has recently released this set of stories in feature film format.

Episodio 1: Ámsterdam, 1942 - Curitiba, 1959 Todo comienza en una noche oscura en Ámsterdam en el apogeo de la Segunda Guerra Mundial. Una pareja sacrifica sus vidas y sus libros para proteger una misteriosa biblioteca, pero un científico cruel logra salvar uno de los volúmenes. It all begins on a dark night in Amsterdam at the height of World War II. A couple sacrifices their lives and their books to protect a mysterious library, but a cruel scientist manages to save one of the volumes. Years later, in Curitiba, Detective Clayton tries to make a living in street fights. The door of his office knocks. He knew he shouldn’t answer it, but...

Episodio 2: Sra. Zola Clayton abre la puerta de su oficina a la seductora Helen Zola. Aunque no recuerda haberla encontrado antes, Helen recuerda los detalles del detective con una memoria estupenda. Después de contratar a Clayton, Helen choca con Vonetta, periodista y mejor amiga de Clayton. Al oír el nombre del marido de Helen, Vonetta descubre que el pasado ha llamado a la puerta.

Clayton opens his office door to the seductive Helen Zola. Although she doesn’t remember meeting her before, Helen recalls the detective’s details with a stupendous memory. After hiring Clayton, Helen bumps into Vonetta, a journalist and Clayton’s best friend. Upon hearing Helen’s husband’s name, Vonetta discovers that the past has come knocking.

Episodio 3: Tagbuch Clayton lleva tres días tratando de averiguar algo sobre el Dr. Zola, pero no ve nada más que perros. Decide seguir a Helen en coche y termina desentrañando un problema aún mayor. Mientras tanto, Vonetta entra en la mansión de Zola y se enfrenta a una de sus creaciones.

Clayton has been trying to find out something about Dr. Zola for three days, but sees nothing but dogs. He decides to follow Helen by car and ends up unraveling an even bigger problem. Meanwhile, Vonetta breaks into Zola’s mansion and confronts one of her creations.

Episodio 4: Capibaras Clayton y Helen esconden un cadáver en un matorral. Mientras cavan la tumba poco profunda, Clayton recuerda la muerte de Luisa, su gran amor.

Clayton and Helen hide a corpse in a thicket. As they dig the shallow grave, Clayton remembers the death of Louise, his great love.

Episodio 05: Vonetta Vonetta a través de los tiempos: desde que fue salvada de la hoguera de la Inquisición hasta los años 70, cuando está escribiendo un libro. Entre una página y otra, tiene tiempo para hacer un pequeño bocadillo.

Vonetta through the ages: from the time she was saved from the stake of the Inquisition to the 1970s, when she was writing a book. Between one page and another, she has time to make a little snack.

Episodio 6: Mi intuición me dice... Volviendo a la ciudad después de ocultar el cuerpo del fotógrafo apuñalado, Clayton y Helen hablan en el coche. La conversación se calienta cada vez más hasta que, al borde de un pequeño lago, se besan bajo las nubes negras que esconden una luna llena.

Returning to the city after hiding the body of the stabbed photographer, Clayton and Helen talk in the car. The conversation grows increasingly heated until, at the edge of a small lake, they kiss under the black clouds that hide a full moon.

Episodio 7: Una ciudad perfecta para vampiros Como parte de su estrategia de supervivencia, Vonetta se encuentra con un pedófilo en una parada de autobús. Más tarde, se encuentra con Clayton en la oficina. Los dos discuten y Vonetta sale herida con las duras palabras del detective. El teléfono suena y la trama se complica en una típica madrugada de Curitiba que mezcla tormenta y luna llena.

As part of her survival strategy, Vonetta encounters a pedophile at a bus stop. Later, she runs into Clayton at the office. The two argue and Vonetta is hurt by the detective’s harsh words. The phone rings and the plot thickens on a typical Curitiba early morning that mixes storm and full moon.

Episodio 8: Una noche común en la mansión Zola Helen y Zola comienzan otra noche de fetiches extraños, pero esta vez las cosas se vuelven más peligrosas que nunca. Clayton aparece para salvar a Helen, pero la luna llena que entra por la ventana revela un secreto monstruoso.

Helen and Zola begin another night of strange fetishes, but this time things become more dangerous than ever. Clayton shows up to save Helen, but the full moon coming through the window reveals a monstrous secret.

Episodio 9: ¡W Wunderbar! Clayton convertido en monstruo es controlado por Zola para concebir un hijo en Helen, pero antes de que eso pueda ocurrir, Vonetta llega. El laboratorio de Zola se convierte en el escenario de una brutal lucha. Se revela el sorprendente secreto de Helen.

Clayton turned monster is controlled by Zola to conceive a child in Helen, but before that can happen, Vonetta arrives. Zola’s laboratory becomes the scene of a brutal struggle. Helen’s surprising secret is revealed.

Episodio 10: La biblioteca de Lucchetti Helen llama a la policía, pero ofrece tiempo para que Vonetta y Clayton puedan salir antes. Los amigos se besan y huyen lejos de Curitiba. Meses después, en una región rural de Hungría, Helen prepara una bebida para una reunión especial.

Helen calls the police, but offers time for Vonetta and Clayton to leave first. The friends kiss and flee far from Curitiba. Months later, in rural Hungary, Helen prepares a drink for a special meeting.
